These terms cover this website and the Comostasis Business Central extensions published on Microsoft AppSource. Assessment and migration engagements are governed by the agreement and statement of work signed for each engagement, which take precedence over these terms.

Figures produced by the estimator are preliminary and are not an offer. A price is binding only when it appears in a signed proposal or statement of work.

[COMPANY LEGAL NAME] grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Comostasis Reconciliation Readback in Business Central tenants you control, for reconciling a migration to Business Central. The extension is provided free of charge.

You may not decompile, modify or redistribute the extension except as the law expressly allows.

The extension publishes read-only API pages over existing Business Central data. It writes nothing to your tenant, transmits nothing on its own, and can be uninstalled at any time without affecting your data.

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Reconciliation results produced during an engagement are covered by that engagement's agreement, not by this licence.

To the extent the law allows, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the website or the free extension, and its total liability under these terms is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].
