Checks are agreed before the build.
The AI FDE Agent defines the acceptance checks for the selected scope before any change is built. They are fixed once approved, so the standard for completion cannot move during delivery.

Checks are proven on GP first.
Each check is run against your current GP system before it is used to evaluate new work. A check that does not run correctly is corrected before delivery starts.

Review is independent of delivery.
Delivered work is evaluated by a separate review process, not by the process that produced it. Work that fails returns to delivery with the failed results.

Every finding has a source.
Each finding records where it was observed, the method used and a confidence level. Reports and proposals are generated from these findings, so every figure traces to its source.

Every change can be reversed.
Each change ships with a verified rollback procedure. Cutover is the only irreversible step and requires a separate approval from your team. GP remains available as the fallback.

Decisions are recorded.
Every decision by your team or a Comostasis engineer is logged with the person, time and reasoning. A later analysis cannot override it without review.

The supervising engineer.
A named Comostasis engineer is accountable for every engagement. The engineer admits the engagement, reviews findings below the confidence threshold, approves the acceptance checks and releases each deliverable.
The engineer's decisions are recorded to the same evidence standard as the FDE Agent's findings, so your team can see which conclusions were confirmed by a person.
